Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our services to you.

SECTION 6 – EVENT & TAILGATE RENTAL TERMS

Quality Tents LLC provides event rental equipment and tailgate setup services, including but not limited to tents, tables, chairs, televisions, satellite equipment, and related accessories.

These services are often provided for UTRGV football home games and other event-based gatherings.

By purchasing a rental through our website, you agree to the following:

• Tailgate reservations correspond to specific scheduled events, including UTRGV football games.
• Quality Tents LLC is not responsible for schedule changes, venue rule changes, event delays, or cancellations controlled by the university, stadium, or event organizers.
• If a game or event is canceled, rescheduled, or delayed, Quality Tents LLC may offer rescheduling, credit, or other accommodation at our discretion.
• Customers must comply with all university, stadium, and local regulations, including tailgating policies enforced by UTRGV or stadium authorities.
• Failure to follow venue rules may result in removal of rental equipment without refund.

Quality Tents LLC reserves the right to remove or secure equipment at any time if weather or safety conditions require it.

SECTION 7 – WEATHER AND SAFETY POLICY

Tents and outdoor equipment are subject to weather conditions.

Quality Tents LLC reserves the right to:

• Adjust equipment placement
• Remove tents if wind or weather conditions become unsafe
• Delay setup for safety reasons

High winds or severe weather may create dangerous conditions for tents and outdoor structures. In such cases, equipment may be removed or secured for safety without notice.

Quality Tents LLC shall not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from weather-related adjustments or removals.

SECTION 8 – EQUIPMENT USE & DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of all rented equipment during the rental period.

The customer assumes responsibility for:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Unauthorized relocation or modification of equipment
• Damage caused by guests or third parties associated with the customer
• Theft, vandalism, or missing equipment

Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• Climbing or standing on tables, chairs, or tents
• Attaching decorations, banners, or objects to tents without approval
• Moving or altering the tent structure
• Using open flames near tents unless approved

If equipment is damaged, the customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs at current market value.

SECTION 9 – CONDUCT OF GUESTS

The customer is responsible for the behavior of all guests present within their reserved tailgate area.

Quality Tents LLC reserves the right to terminate services if guests engage in:

• dangerous or unsafe behavior
• vandalism or tampering with equipment
• harassment or illegal activity
• actions that violate stadium or university policies

Termination due to misconduct may occur without refund.

SECTION 10 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

SECTION 11 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations which we do not control.

Use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 12 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our site may include links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

Customers participate in tailgating activities at their own risk.

• misuse of rental equipment
• actions of guests
• violations of venue rules
• breach of these Terms.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is determined unenforceable, remaining provisions remain valid.

SECTION 20 – TERMINATION

We may terminate services if you violate these Terms.

SECTION 21 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quality Tents LLC regarding the use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
